Summer is a comin, and we are all so excited! Summer has me craving refreshing and sweet things like this lemon tart, and this delicious smoothie.

This smoothie could not get easier: 6 ingredients, 5 minutes, 1 blender.
The base is frozen banana, frozen mango, agave, and cashew milk! I included protein powder for a protein boost. And last but not least, kale!
The kale brings a beautiful green colour to the smoothie without having that bitter taste.
Now for toppings! I went for a spread of frozen raspberries, hemp seeds, and pitaya! You could add anything you want for topping! Blueberries, mango, strawberries, and kiwi could all work amazingly!

This smoothie makes the perfect breakfast, or snack. Add some more protein with hemp seeds, or chia seeds!

- ½ frozen banana
- Handful of kale
- 120 ml/1/2 cup cashew milk
- 1 tbsp agave
- 65g/1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
- For serving (optional)
- 4 frozen raspberries
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- Into a blender add frozen banana, kale, cashew milk, agave, frozen mango, protein powder (optional). Blend until creamy and smooth.
- Taste and adjust flavour as needed. Too bitter, more agave. Too thick, more cashew milk. Too thin, more frozen banana.
- Serve immediately as is, or top with raspberries and hemp seeds.
