KALE AND BANANA SMOOTHIE

This green smoothie is made with just 6 ingredients, and only takes 5 minutes to make.
Ingredients
  • ½ frozen banana
  • Handful of kale
  • 120 ml/1/2 cup cashew milk
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 65g/1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • For serving (optional)
  • 4 frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
Instructions
  1. Into a blender add frozen banana, kale, cashew milk, agave, frozen mango, protein powder (optional). Blend until creamy and smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust flavour as needed. Too bitter, more agave. Too thick, more cashew milk. Too thin, more frozen banana.
  3. Serve immediately as is, or top with raspberries and hemp seeds.
