Hello, world! That is what WordPress reccomends you should say for your first blog post. Welcome to Andretti’s Taste. I am Andres, and this is my food blog. As you can tell this is my very first blog post. I am extremely excited to begin this journey with you guys.
All the recipes I post are guranteed to be delicious, and relatively easy to make. Often, I will post a healthy recipe or something that is healthier. This site embodies everything I love about food, and how I can share that to the world. How food is awesome and delicious.
These chocolate pancakes are super easy to make and require only 8 ingredients. They are delicious and only take 20 minutes. Now for toppings, bananas, chocolate chips, agave, blueberries, raspberries. There are so many toppings you can add to these chocolate pancakes. The more the merrier! These pancakes are:

- Pancakes:
- 150g plain flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 45g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 310ml milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- For serving (optional)
- Chocolate Chips
- Sliced bananas
- Maple syrup
- Nut Butter
- Whisk dry ingredients together in a medium bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix wet ingredients together until combined.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Set mix aside to rest for 10 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan to medium-high heat. Add butter. Cook pancakes one at at time, adding about 4 tbsp of batter at a time.
- Top with whatever toppings you wish and enjoy!
